OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Kai Ming Yang Studio. By purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect the integrity of our work and the unique nature of each piece.

SALES POLICY

-All Sales Final: Due to the handmade and unique nature of our process, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

-Production Orders: Once an order has been confirmed, production begins immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

-Custom & Sale Items: Custom commissions, made-to-order items, and sale/clearance pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

-we do not offer refunds. Due to the unique nature of our process and the special characteristics of each piece, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, production begins and your items enter the making process. At this stage, we cannot accept returns or allow order cancellations.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

We insure all shipments. If your item(s) arrive damaged, you must notify us within 5 days to qualify for a replacement.

-Keep all original packaging.

-Document the condition of the item(s) while unpacking.

-The shipping courier will need to collect the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.

Please note: We are unable to provide replacements if the damaged item(s) and packaging are not made available to the courier.

LIABILITY

Our pieces are designed as artworks and functional objects. We are not liable for misuse, unintended use, or damages arising outside normal conditions.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
