Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Due to the unique nature of our process and the special characteristics of each piece, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, production begins and your items enter the making process. At this stage, we cannot accept returns or allow order cancellations.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING — 5 DAYS
We insure all shipments. If your item(s) arrive damaged, you must notify us within 5 days to qualify for a replacement.

Document the condition of the item(s) while unpacking.

The shipping courier will need to collect the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.
Please note: We are unable to provide replacements if the damaged item(s) and packaging are not made available to the courier.
