HOW / WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
Each work ships via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Lead times listed on product pages are estimates, not guarantees. If a strict deadline matters, please reach out before placing an order. Pieces marked Ready to Ship usually leave the studio within 3 business days. Otherwise, shipping happens as soon as the work is complete—sometimes earlier than expected.
CAN MY ORDER ARRIVE ON A SPECIFIC DAY?
Couriers dictate delivery schedules, so specific arrival dates cannot be promised. If timing is sensitive, the studio can hold finished orders for up to 30 days. Beyond that window, storage is billed at 3% of the order value per month.
CAN YOU RUSH AN ORDER?
Some works can be accelerated. If you need something urgently, contact before purchasing. Rush production, if possible, will incur an additional fee.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Many shipments calculate automatically at checkout. Larger works often require a manual quote. For international collectors, please inquire directly.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING — 5 DAYS
All shipments leave the studio insured. If something arrives damaged, notify within 5 days. Keep all packaging intact and document the unpacking process. Couriers require both the damaged work and packaging for inspection; replacements are not possible without them.
DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS?
No. Each work is produced with intent, and once production begins it cannot be undone. All sales are final—no returns, no cancellations. Please consider carefully before placing an order.
PAYMENT TERMS
For large-scale projects above $25,000 USD, deposits may be arranged. All deposits and partial payments are non-refundable.
CUSTOM REQUESTS
Select works can be adapted. More extensive customizations may require minimum orders. Reach out if you wish to discuss possibilities.
WARRANTY
COVERAGE
Kai Ming Yang Studio offers a 1-year limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship under normal use. Eligible works may be repaired or replaced at the studio’s discretion. Shipping, installation, and handling remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not extend to:
-Patina shifts, surface aging, or natural variations in material
-Wear, accidents, misuse, or improper installation
-Custom works, samples, or sale items (final sale)
-Damage during shipping not reported within 5 days
PRIVACY
Kai Ming Yang Studio respects privacy.
-Analytics tools may be used to study site visits and improve experience.
-Information collected is non-identifiable and never sold.
-Data stays internal to the studio.
-Cookies can be disabled in your browser at any time.
